Pumping Gas

Yes, the price of gas has gone up and up  over the years but I am old enough to remember when the gas attendant would come out greet you, pump your gas and wash your window. If the price of gas has gone up, if the oil companies are making big bucks then why did service go down. Yesterday I went to the station to pump and the only person to greet meet was a homeless man peeing in the bushes next to the station, the window wash was empty, the read window on the pump had been keyed making it impossible to read and the pump would not pump. When I went inside to complain the girl behind the counter was having a conversation on her cell phone and I was promptly instructed to hold on. I JUST DON'T GET IT!
